RVH Applied Health Research Conference 2023 Shines Bright

Applied health research shined bright at the 6th Annual IGNITE Research Conference at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

With delegates from over 16 healthcare and academic organizations across Ontario, new and experienced investigators showcased a wide variety of innovative research and QA/QI projects focused on improving patient outcomes.

The morning offered many great opportunities for collaboration and networking among researchers, providers, administrators, students, and community partners.

A very special thank you to Dr. Jennifer Tsang, Physician Research Lead at Niagara Health and Associate Professor of Medicine at McMaster University for delivering a wonderful keynote speech about the importance of research in community hospitals.
